Gino has more than 10 years of professional experience as a member of BUSTAMANTE FABARA’s M&A and Corporate team, focusing on corporate advisory matters and the structuring of investments and complex transactions. He has advised buyers and sellers on transactions across a range of strategic sectors, participating in some of the most significant and landmark deals in the Ecuadorian market.

His experience includes drafting and reviewing highly complex agreements, as well as participating in due diligence, negotiation, and transaction closing processes across multiple industries.
