Samantha is part of the firm’s corporate team. She focuses her practice on corporate and business advisory, excelling in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and tax matters at the administrative level and Due Diligence processes. She currently serves as an In-House lawyer at one of the largest business groups in the country.

She also has extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property matters, and handling In-House clients.

Before joining BUSTAMANTE FABARA, she gained professional experience in public sector institutions and several multinational private companies.

Samantha holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property, and a second postgraduate degree in Management (MiM) from IDE Business School. She also has a diploma in Notarial and Registry Law from the Ibero-American Institute of Law and Economics and is currently pursuing a diploma in LEGAL TECH at Universidad Espíritu Santo (UEES).
