Sergio develops his professional activity in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor Law, and Foreign Investment.

He supports the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions team to provide advice to national and international clients in situations of purchase and sale of companies, corporate restructurings, and commercial contracts.

He is currently a student at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Within the same, he has been part of the honor lists on several occasions: CANCILLER’S LIST and DEAN’S LIST, which are made up of the most outstanding students for each semester.

Additionally, he has made student exchanges in St. Johns, England.
