Andrea has more than 6 years of experience advising national and international clients in corporate and regulatory transactions, with emphasis and expertise in pharmaceutical law and legal marketing. Additionally, she has collaborated with large corporations in the process of real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as in mergers and acquisitions.

She worked in a renowned international tax advisory firm specifically in consulting and served as Legal Manager in one of the largest consulting firms in the country.

Andrea also leads and provides comprehensive services in corporate matters, especially in processes of creation of Corporate Governance, Shareholders’ Agreements, Family Protocols and Joint Ventures, as well as other corporate acts.
