Andrés has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of public procurement, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, life sciences and pharmaceutical. He currently leads the life sciences practice at BUSTAMANTE FABARA. Andrés has represented sellers, buyers, majority and minority shareholders, the company for sale, public or private, and financiers in transactions of this nature, in the most diverse operations, such as mergers, divisions, associations, public and private offerings of shares, reorganizations or other forms of restructuring.
