Carolina Medina is an associate in the tax and customs area of the firm. She has significant experience in assisting in auditing, sanctioning and administrative claims brought before the Internal Revenue Service, National Customs Service of Ecuador, Decentralized Autonomous Governments and other authorities. She has experience in assisting in judicial and constitutional proceedings on tax matters. Carolina is also in charge of answering queries and advising national and international clients on day-to-day matters of their foreign trade operations, including tariff classification and customs valuation issues.
