Daniel has significant experience in corporate and labor law, conflict resolution, and negotiations. He has also advised on various real estate acquisition and sale processes.

Before joining BUSTAMANTE FABARA, he worked at a customs law firm. Later, he worked at Ferrere Abogados, where he honed his skills as a legal professional. Until May 2023, Daniel was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Legal before joining BUSTAMANTE FABARA. With his experience, he has advised numerous national and international companies, particularly in corporate, labor, and conflict resolution matters.

In the academic realm, he served as a teaching assistant at the university and received awards for academic excellence. Additionally, he was recognized for his contributions to the arbitration team at the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. He holds several diplomas from prestigious universities in Ecuador and a master’s degree in Procedural Law from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil.
