Darwin has more than 3 years of experience in the field of civil procedural law, promoting judicial processes at all stages to achieve the recovery of his clients’ portfolio. Also, he has worked on the recovery of the portfolio of different public entities through coercive processes.

Currently, Darwin is part of the corporate department of BUSTAMANTE FABARA, advising one of the largest shrimp groups in the country, on matters that include: export permits, ministerial agreements, contract review, municipal procedures, sanctioning processes, among others.
