Esteban has more than 7 years of experience in the field of competition law. He currently works in the competition law, personal data protection and compliance department of BUSTAMANTE FABARA.

Esteban concentrates his practice on matters related to competition or antitrust law, personal data protection and compliance. Among his activities, are the defense of clients in complex administrative procedures before the local competition authority, due to: unfair practices, practices of abuse of market power, restrictive agreements and advice on important economic concentrations of national and international companies. He also advises clients in the process of implementing personal data protection regulations and, in general, compliance programs. Additionally, he has experience in corporate and regulatory law and in judicial proceedings before the Contentious-Administrative Court.
