Francisco focuses his practice on conflict resolutions; he represents and provides counsel to domestic and foreign clients in contentious administrative and civil lawsuits, as well as arbitral disputes.

Francisco has a remarkable experience as a litigator. He has represented foreign companies on complex disputes concerning public procurement, in addition to contractual and noncontractual civil liability.

Francisco is a renowned full professor at the Universidad de los Hemisferios in the subject of Executive and Enforcement Proceedings, is a member of the Subcommittee of Young Arbitrators of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Vice President of the “Young Ecuadorian Attorneys” of said chamber.
