Javier has more than a year of experience in the areas of insurance law, corporate law and commercial law. Both during his pre-professional internships at Bustamante Fabara and in his current job as a paralegal, Javier has been involved in various activities such as written consultations, initiating and monitoring public procedures before state entities of all kinds such as notaries, ministries, regulatory bodies like the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance, the General Attorney’s Office, among others. In addition, Javier has provided support to Bustamante Fabara’s departments of corporate law and litigation, acquiring the knowledge required to work in these branches of law.

In addition to the afore mentioned, Javier has contributed to the team with his legal expertise in the drafting of various legal documents such as reports, formal inquiries, and commercial contracts. Currently, Javier has completed his studies in law at the Universidad de las Américas and successfully completed his pre-professional internship at the National Court of Justice, in the specialized chamber of Administrative Litigation. There, he was able to consolidate his knowledge in administrative law under the guidance of judges and professionals in the field.
