Juan Carlos has more than 10 years of experience in the corporate law practice specializing his practice in infrastructure, contracts and public procurement.

Juan Carlos has acted as General Counsel in major engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firms advising the development and execution of important projects in the oil&gas, power and mining sectors in Ecuador and Latin America. He has been actively involved during the tender phase, negotiation and follow-up of contracts and has advised complex construction claims in mediation and arbitration.

He has worked on various Project financed with local and international banking institutions for the development of important infrastructure projects in the country. He is a business-oriented attorney capable of advising clients in complex corporate matters.
