Author of the articles: “Proposal to Introduce Ecocide as the Fifth International Crime within the Rome Statute” and “Contemporary Debates between Ecocide and Environmental Racism from the Perspectives of Abya Yala and Turtle Island” which were inspired by her work with Racialized communities and environmental exploitation, focusing on the intricate relationship between ecocide and environmental racism in both north and south America touching topics of modern colonialism, climate colonialism, human wastelands, territorial expropriation, indigenous and afro community displacement, and genocide
