Margarita Ripalda has 20 years of experience in insurance law and 23 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.  She is currently one of the main members of BUSTAMANTE FABARA’s insurance practice.

Margarita provides legal advice to the main firms in the national insurance system and to insurance entities abroad. She has actively participated in the main mergers of local insurance companies in recent years.

She has extensive experience in the handling of insurance claims, reinsurer registration processes and general insurance advice, both in the field of marketing processes, product structuring and dispute resolution. 

Additionally, in the commercial and corporate field in general, she has extensive experience in corporate processes, such as mergers, purchase and sale of assets, due diligence, among others; as well as in commercial advice to companies in different areas of commerce; for the structuring of contracts for new businesses and for general advice in other areas.

Margarita has the ability to provide comprehensive advice, which manages to generate a synergy between the law and the commercial needs of each of its clients, allowing its clients to develop their commercial capabilities to the maximum, and to achieve that their products and services have a growing market
