María Fernanda is a lawyer specialized in international taxation, providing advice to national and international clients, both in the field of domestic taxation and international taxation, particularly with respect to the application of Double Tax Treaties and legal issues concerning transfer pricing, as well.  She is a member of the International Fiscal Association – IFA – and of the Ecuadorian Institute of Tax Law – IEDT.

María Fernanda also has experience in antitrust matters and in other regulated sectors, which allows her to integrate her business advice in these fields for both, local and globalized companies in the various sectors of the economy.
