Martín Flores is part of the firm’s arbitration, dispute resolution, regulated sectors, and public procurement departments. His responsibilities encompass providing counsel, consultation, and representation for clients embroiled in a variety of legal matters, spanning administrative disputes, civil cases, construction issues, telecommunications conflicts, energy-related concerns, as well as commercial and corporate disputes. Martín’s expertise further extends to the creation and structuring of companies and foreign investment protection.
Martín is a member of the Borad of Directors of the ICC Ecuador Young Arbitrators Sub-Committee, he is a member of the Organizing Committee of the National Arbitration Moot and was an Adjunct Professor at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in the course Inheritance Law.
