Raúl has extensive experience in corporate and litigation matters. He currently focuses his practice on providing legal advice to companies in the aquaculture sector and participating in corporate matters.

Prior to joining BUSTAMANTE FABARA, Raúl was a senior lawyer at Deloitte Legal and an associate at Robalino Abogados, where he worked in the areas of corporate and litigation. Raúl has considerable knowledge of the aquaculture sector, having worked as in-house counsel for an important shrimp group in the country. He has also worked in the legal department of a fund and trust administrator, where he gained expertise in fiduciary law.

Throughout his career, Raúl has had experience in aquaculture projects, real estate projects, export and foreign trade, insurance dispute resolution, labor dispute resolution, company incorporation, contract negotiation and drafting, portfolio recovery and regulatory matters. In addition, during his university studies, he worked as a teaching assistant for Introduction to Procedural Law from 2020 to 2022.
