Samantha is a member of the firm’s corporate team. She specializes in corporate and business advisory, excelling in matters related to corporate, commercial, regulatory, and administrative tax issues, as well as Due Diligence processes. Currently, she works as an In-House attorney for one of the country’s largest Business Groups.

Furthermore, she has extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property matters, and handling In-House clients. Prior to joining BUSTAMANTE FABARA, she gained professional experience in public sector institutions and several multinational private companies.

Samantha holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property, and she is currently pursuing her second postgraduate degree in Master in Management at the IDE Business School. She also has a diploma in Notarial and Registry Law from the Ibero-American Institute of Law and Economics.
