Valentina develops her professional practice in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Labor Law and Foreign Investment. She collaborates with the firm’s partners to provide legal advice to national and foreign clients on acquisitions of companies, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts. Valentina has also worked on the structuring of several investment contracts signed between foreign companies and the Ecuadorian Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment.
