Attorney with experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). She has a strong track record advising domestic and international companies on the structuring and execution of corporate transactions in Ecuador, including cross-border deals, foreign direct investment, and corporate reorganizations. In the M&A field, she has actively participated in representing clients in share acquisition transactions, due diligence processes, and regulatory compliance matters in highly regulated industries. She complements her corporate practice with experience in regulatory monitoring, obtaining sector-specific permits, and compliance. In the public sector, she worked at the Ministry of Environment, Water and Ecological Transition, where she contributed to nationwide regulatory reforms, the drafting of ministerial resolutions, and the implementation of oversight frameworks aligned with United Nations international standards.
