Carlos is a lawyer with a law degree from the International University of Ecuador and a certified mediator by the Bar Association of Pichincha. He is currently part of the labor law team at Bustamante Fabara.

He is not afraid to work under pressure and with goal measurement; his objective is to contribute to his experience while gaining new knowledge for the benefit of the client and the firm.

He has worked in complementary service companies in the oil and mining sectors, where he has excelled in human resource management, labor and commercial contracts, as well as managing Community Relations in the areas of operational influence.
