Esteban has more than 6 years of experience in antitrust, corporate, regulatory, and administrative litigation. He currently works in the antitrust, personal data protection and compliance department of Bustamante Fabara.

Esteban represents and advises domestic and foreign clients in administrative proceedings before antitrust authorities, in matters including unfair practices, abuse of market power, restrictive agreements and economic concentrations. In addition, Esteban advises several domestic companies in the implementation of personal data protection and compliance processes.
