Patricia has more than 38 years of experience in the areas of commercial, corporate, labor, financial, public procurement, securities market and insurance law. Due to her vast knowledge, Patricia advises the litigation department in commercial matters and contentious administrative claims.

Patricia has contributed to the preparation of Public Procurement Manuals, Electronic Commerce Law, labor matters, enforcement of judgments and handling of cross-border evidence.

In the academic area, Patricia has taught Family Law, Corporate Law and Insurance Law, for more than five years, at the “Universidad Internacional del Ecuador” and the “Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador”. In addition, she has participated as a speaker in several legal conferences of the Interamerican Bar Association, as a specialist in labor law, constitutional law, among others.
