Nicole is a lawyer and holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. She focuses her practice on Labor Law and Corporate Law. She currently concentrates her practice on comprehensive corporate advisory matters related to labor and social security law. She also has experience in public procurement bidding processes. During her academic training, she participated in national and international Model United Nations conferences representing Universidad San Francisco de Quito, served as an Associate Editor of the USFQ Law Review, and worked as a Teaching Assistant for Private International Law.

She provides comprehensive labor advice and support to business groups across various sectors, including insurance, technology, apparel, and pharmaceuticals, developing solutions tailored to their specific needs and challenges. She also participates in labor due diligence processes in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions.
