Daniela Santos is an associate in the firm’s tax and customs practice area. She has experience in comprehensive corporate advisory and strategic litigation, developed across private firms and public institutions, where she has built strong case analysis and process management skills in both administrative and judicial proceedings.

Her academic background is complemented by research work in customs and tax law, as well as participation in national and international competitions that have strengthened her legal argumentation, ability to work under pressure, and strategic thinking. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax Law at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, a program that directly reinforces her practice in the area and allows her to bring a technical and up-to-date perspective in tax and customs matters to the team.
