Javier has worked in various areas of law, focusing his practice on labor law, providing advice, and representing clients before administrative and judicial authorities of the country’s courts, including provincial courts and the National Court.

He has experience in procedures and claims before the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute as well as the Ministry of Labor, while maintaining a vocation for conflict resolution through alternative methods such as mediation, conciliation, and settlement.
