Javier has 12 years of professional experience and is currently part of the labor litigation team at BUSTAMANTE FABARA S.A.S.

Javier has worked in various areas of law, focusing his practice on labor law, providing advice, and representing clients before administrative and judicial authorities of the country’s courts, including provincial courts and the National Court.

He has experience in procedures and claims before the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute as well as the Ministry of Labor, while maintaining a vocation for conflict resolution through alternative methods such as mediation, conciliation, and settlement.

Javier has been recognized by clients as a competent lawyer who understands the business and human needs involved in his daily activities.

He is a professor of the Labor Obligations and Rights module in the Executive Business Law Program at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja.
