María Clara is a partner of the firm and has more than 37 years of experience in the administrative and intellectual property area. She has been holding the position of Administrative Manager and General Manager of the firm for more than 25 years. During this period, she has overseen the organization, direction, control and supervision of the firm, in operational, financial and commercial matters.

Thanks to her vast experience in trademark and intangible rights matters, María Clara leads the firm’s intellectual property practice, overseeing the commercial management and client service in this area. María Clara is currently Director Partner of the Intellectual Property area and oversees a large team of professionals specialized in law, regulatory and technical matters that provide a first-class service to national and international clients. As a result, the department is ranked as one of the leaders in the country and the region.
