Samuel focuses his practice on data protection law. As part of the BF team, he has participated in several processes advising companies in the development and review of privacy policies, the identification of privacy risks, the implementation of security measures and the management of data security incidents. He has also collaborated with companies of various fields in conducting privacy audits. In addition to his data protection practice, Samuel also frequently advises clients on matters related to constitutional law.
