Paola specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on public law. She has advised national and international clients in constitutional litigation, arbitration proceedings, and administrative procedures.

Currently, Paola serves as the secretary of the Constitutional Law Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and is also a member of the Mining and Natural Resources Committee.

In the academic field, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the legal journal USFQ Law Review and has collaborated as an external reviewer for the same.
