Sergio develops his professional activity in the area of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Labor Law and Foreign Investment.

He supports the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions team to advice national and international clients in situations of purchase and sale of companies, corporate restructuration and commercial contracts.

Lawyer by Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Within it, he was part of the honor lists on several occasions: CHANCELLOR’S LIST and DEAN’S LIST, which are made up of the most outstanding students for each semester.

Additionally, he has done student exchanges in St. Johns, England.
