David is an associate of BUSTAMANTE FABARA and a member of the Corporate, Commercial, Finance, Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions teams. He focuses his practice in advising local and international clients in financial, stock exchange, corporate and insurance matters. He has been involved in recognized financial and banking transactions in Ecuador.<\/p>

Prior to joining BF he was an associate at a prestigious firm where he was part of the Corporate, Finance, Banking, M&A and Insurance areas.<\/p>

Currently, David works in the Banking and Finance department, advising and assisting national and international institutions of the financial system in financing transactions. He is also advising a renowned insurance company on insurance matters. \u00a0Additionally, he has participated in the incorporation of FinTech companies and their subsequent qualification for the implementation of financial products and services.
