Javier has over two years of experience in the fields of insurance, commercial, and business law. During his time at BUSTAMANTE FABARA, he has undertaken a variety of tasks, including drafting formal written consultations, initiating, overseeing, and following up on procedures of all kinds that support the corporate area\u2019s development before various public institutions such as notaries, ministries, regulatory entities like the Superintendence of Companies, Securities, and Insurance, the Office of the Attorney General, and others. Additionally, he has been responsible for drafting all types of contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, legal reports, legal bulletins, and case analyses.<\/p>

Javier has also provided support to the firm\u2019s corporate law and litigation departments, enhancing his knowledge and skills in these areas of law. He focuses his practice on insurance law and prepaid medicine, where he has developed technical expertise on the regulations applicable to the operations of insurance companies and prepaid medicine providers (health regulations). His contributions in this area include managing and monitoring administrative claims before the Superintendence of Companies, Securities, and Insurance, addressing client inquiries regarding direct claims, and facilitating direct agreements with end clients.<\/p>

In the commercial field, Javier has experience assisting clients in contractual negotiations with suppliers, offering effective legal solutions to finalize agreements and contracts. Furthermore, he possesses substantial knowledge of administrative law, personal data protection, and compliance, stemming from his time at the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the National Court of Justice and his ongoing Master\u2019s program in Business Law, which he is set to complete in June 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
