Juan Carlos has acted as General Counsel in major engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firms advising the development and execution of important projects in the oil&gas, power and mining sectors in Ecuador and Latin America. He has been actively involved during the tender phase, negotiation and follow-up of contracts and has advised complex construction claims in mediation and arbitration.<\/p>
