agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of several Flora Food group companies in Guatemala, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Chile, in a cross-border transaction that reflects the ongoing consolidation of the food and consumer goods sector in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Flora Food is an international company specializing in plant-based food products and nutrition, whose portfolio includes widely recognized brands across Latin America, such as La Danesa, one of the most established margarine brands in several regional markets, as well as Dorina and Bonella, which are well known in the Ecuadorian market.<\/p>\n<p>The multidisciplinary team at BUSTAMANTE FABARA is co-led by partners Juan Felipe Bustamante Crespo and Jos\u00e9 Rafael Bustamante Crespo, together with
