Under the new Agreement, the list was amended as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Addition of 70 new tariff subheadings now eligible for the reduced ISD rate. These additions mainly correspond to raw materials and inputs for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and agribusiness sectors.<\/li><li>Removal of 17 tariff subheadings that were previously included in the list. These subheadings are primarily related to the chemical, wood-processing, textile, and automotive industries.<\/li><\/ul><p>Additionally, the Agreement includes a transitional provision establishing that if a tariff subheading benefiting from the reduced rate is modified due to a split, subdivision, or update of the tariff nomenclature, it may retain the benefit provided that the product remains the same, continues to serve the same productive purpose, and belongs to the same economic sector.<\/p><p>The Agreement has been in force since May 31, 2026, the date on which it was signed,
