This Law unifies the legal framework applicable to civil aeronautical and airport activities in Ecuador, and repeals both the Aeronautical Code and the previous Civil Aviation Law.<\/p><p>The Law introduces changes regarding the powers of the aeronautical authority, operating permits, the provision of air services, passenger rights, and the regime for infractions and sanctions.
