Marco is a lawyer graduated from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Nowadays, he is part of the first generation of the specialty program in Ecuador dedicated to economics and competition law.

Within his professional aspect among public and private institutions, Marco has developed many aptitudes and has acquired experience in areas such as corporate law, competition law and data protection.

At the moment, Marco focuses his professional practice in the area of Privacy and Personal Data Protection in BUSTAMANTE FABARA, collaborating in advising important economic groups in Ecuador so they can comply with the relative regulations on this matter.
