Marina Vives is a lawyer with a solid professional background and experience in both Spain and Ecuador that allows her to operate in both legal systems.

His career has developed around two main areas of law. On the one hand, he has notable experience in Corporate and Corporate Law, especially in matters such as M&A’s, Foreign Investment, Agricultural Financing, Competition, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Corporate Restructuring and Corporate Acts for both national and international clients.

At the same time, Marina has experience in environmental and urban planning law. Her work in this area includes advising on environmental regulations, preparation of due diligence reports, management of permits and licenses, and representation in administrative and judicial proceedings related to the environment.
