Francisco Vacas Dávila has extensive and recognized experience in the labor field. He served as Vice Minister of Labor and Employment at the Ministry of Labor Relations and later held the position of Minister of Labor Relations of Ecuador.

He worked as Advisor to the National Secretary and Subsecretary of Policies and Norms (SENRES). Additionally, he was a Legal Advisor and Special Representative for Group Stanford Casa de Valores S.A.

He also served as Legal Advisor and Special Representative for Stanford Trust Company and Trust Fund Management S.A.
