Martin Cordovez Aguas is an attorney with experience in Constitutional and International Law, as well as strategic litigation and the resolution of complex disputes. His practice has focused on the analysis of matters involving constitutional guarantees, public law, and civil and administrative disputes.

Prior to joining BUSTAMANTE FABARA, he served as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, where he participated in the analysis and drafting of judicial opinions and other judicial decisions involving highly complex legal issues.

He has also participated in various legal research initiatives as an editorial assistant and editor for Iuris Dictio and USFQ Law Working Papers, as well as in research projects conducted by CORE LATAM and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation on judicial reasoning in Latin America.
