Daniel has 14 years of professional experience and currently is part of the competition, data protection and compliance areas of BUSTAMANTE FABARA.

Daniel has worked more than 10 years in competition law, advising in the subject and representing clients before the competition authority and courts of law.

He has extensive experience in merger control filings, abuse of dominant position, anticompetitive agreements and unfair competition investigation processes and due diligences. He has also contributed to the development of two new areas: data protection and compliance.
