Francisco is a specialist in Litigation and Dispute Resolution and has extensive experience in the banking sector. His thirty-five years of practice in the area include nine years of experience as a Judge in the Courts of Justice of Guayaquil and Quito and the representation of several clients before the Courts of Justice and Courts of Mediation and Arbitration. Additionally, Francisco has sponsored Constitutional Actions for violation of rights before the Constitutional Court. He was Legal Manager and Judicial Attorney of Banco del Pacífico S.A., where he provided his professional services from 1986 to 2002. In addition, he was a professor of Business Law at the Faculty of Economics of the Universidad Espiritu Santo in Guayaquil.
