José Antonio has more than five years of experience in the areas of telecommunications, real estate and transactional law. He is currently part of Bustamante Fabara’s corporate team.

José Antonio provides corporate, regulatory and compliance advice to domestic and foreign companies, focusing on compliance with regulatory obligations demanded by the different control bodies; as well as the requirements and procedures for obtaining licenses, permits and other authorizations that allow the operation of telecommunications companies. Additionally, he has been a collaborator and participant in important transactions, mergers and acquisitions among renowned multinational companies.
