Rafael focuses his practice on data protection law. As a member of the BUSTAMANTE FABARA team, he has been involved in the implementation of data protection programs in companies within the insurance, prepaid medicine, retail, financial, banking, and automotive sectors.

In addition to his involvement in the implementation of these programs, Rafael has developed specific policies for data protection. His expertise includes providing advice on risk management and prevention of information security breaches, as well as designing and implementing procedures to ensure the effective exercise of data subjects’ rights.

Rafael has also collaborated with companies in various fields to conduct privacy audits to assess and improve regulatory compliance.

In addition to his focus on data protection, Rafael has experience in new technologies law and economic criminal law.
