April 10, 2026 | Official Gazette – Second Supplement No. 262

Through Resolution No. SENAE-SENAE-2026-0031-RE, issued on April 9, 2026 by the General Director of the National Customs Service of Ecuador, the customs service fee for customs control applicable to goods originating from or coming from Colombia, and entering the Ecuadorian customs territory under import, exception, and other customs regimes, is increased to 100% of the customs value of the goods.

This resolution will enter into force on May 1, 2026, regardless of its publication in the Official Gazette.
