Xavier concentrates his practice in ​​conflict resolution, representing and advising national and foreign clients in constitutional, administrative and arbitration litigation.

Xavier has notable experience as a litigator in constitutional and public law issues. In the constitutional field, Xavier constantly participates as a speaker and trainer. He is also frequently invited as a constitutional expert.

Currently, Xavier is President of the Constitutional Law Table of Young Ecuadorian Attorneys of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and he is also a member of the Compliance and Dispute Resolution Tables of the Chamber.
