On April 30, 2025, the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance, through Resolution No. SCVS-INPAI-2025-00022483, decided to extend the deadline established in Article 20 of the Companies Law for the submission of the required documentation until May 31, 2025. This extension applies exclusively to companies domiciled in the province of Esmeraldas. This resolution came into effect upon its signing, on April 30, 2025, regardless of its publication in the Official Register.
