Attorney specialized in Insurance, Corporate, and International Law, with a professional background that integrates private legal consulting, university-level teaching, and regional leadership in public policy. Her practice has been distinguished by the strategic application of law in both national and multilateral contexts, particularly in highly regulated sectors and initiatives focused on the protection of human rights. In 2024, she served as Regional Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean at A Breeze of Hope, leading the design, promotion, and implementation of public policies aimed at preventing and eradicating child sexual violence across 15 countries in the region. Under her leadership, legal and administrative frameworks were structured in alignment with international human rights standards, working directly with state agencies, multilateral organizations, and civil society actors. During the same period, she contributed to the organization of the First International Congress on Best Practices for the Eradication of Sexual Violence Against Children and Adolescents, an event that convened 130 government representatives and achieved significant social impact. In this context, she led the drafting and presentation of the interstate policy demands document, contributing to the establishment of formal commitments by participating States to enhance their child protection systems. In the academic sphere, since 2023 she has been a full-time professor of Insurance Law at the School of Business of Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ), where she integrates her practical experience with contemporary pedagogical approaches, guiding students on topics such as the legal framework of the insurance sector, legal risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. Since 2021, she has also been responsible for regulatory compliance management, corporate structuring, and strategic advisory services for companies in the insurance and healthcare sectors, including multinational clients such as SALUDSA, AIG-METROPOLITANA, VERIS S.A., and SEGUROS EQUINOCCIAL, among others.
